st(s): stitch(es)
sl st: slip stitch
ch: chain
sc: single crochet
inc: increase (make 2 sc in the same space)
[#]: number of stitch(es) in a round
Let’s start!
Round 1: In a Magic Ring, sc 6 [total 6 sts]
Note: Do not join with slip stitch. My pattern is working continuously in the round. Remember to put stitch marker in every first stitch of a round.
Round 2: Inc x6 [total 12 sts]
Round 3: (Sc, inc) x6 [total 18 sts]
Round 4: (Sc, inc) x9 [total 27 sts]
Round 5: (Sc, inc) x13, sc [total 40 sts]
Round 6: (Sc in next 2 sts, inc) x13, sc [total 53 sts]
Round 7: (Sc in next 3 sts, inc) x13, sc [total 66 sts]
Round 8: (Sc in next 4 sts, inc) x13, sc [total 79 sts]
Round 9: (Sc in next 5 sts, inc) x13, sc [total 92 sts]
Round 10: Sc in each stitch around [total 92 sts]
Cut the yarn, leaving a tail about 40 inches. Using tapestry needle, sew the sides using mattress stitch. Sew through each stitch, from inside out. Insert the polyfill before you close all the gap. Use tapestry needle to hide all the yarn tail
Now we have a cute moon amigurumi!
